Frequently Asked Questions

  • No — and this distinction matters. Coaching is primarily forward-focused and goal-oriented. We work on personal development, leadership development, professional growth, and skill-building. While I bring a clinical lens to understanding behavior and patterns, coaching does not involve diagnosing or treating mental health conditions. If therapy needs emerge, I'm happy to provide referrals. I do not work overlap services for individuals (once a coaching client, I will not work with the client as a therapy client and vice versa).

  • Not at all. While I have deep roots in behavioral health and bring particular expertise to leaders in that space, I work with mid-level managers and leaders across industries who are navigating the pressures of the "messy middle" and want to lead more effectively and authentically, teams, and individuals who are desire to improve in an area of life.
